I don't hate!!! I cry... actually I love the body forms you've created. Really expressive and morbid at the same time. Good mix. I think depth and lighting can add to this. Your forms read well, but why do they? The physics of light act differently in space. Perhaps that can be represented in the background. Right now those bg forms are all the same value... you can vary them and also add slight value to the blackness. Either way, awesome painting, but still no match for the cowboy. He rides his wooden horse to victory!
I really like the idea of this one.. I think if you took it a lot further, with some different style it could be awesome. Yea I agree, in space, everything would have hard shadows. I think there's too much grey in this too, not enough blacks and colors, and contrast. It reminds me of this image
